Looking for a more rapid approach to psychology and EMDR therapy?

Bloom Psychology & Yoga Therapy
Bloom EMDR Intensives ARe Now Available
Are you dissatisfied with the traditional format of therapy? Perhaps because:
- You need assistance right away and don't want to go through months of conventional Psychology & EMDR therapy to start feeling better.
- You are driven to make changes, but much of your therapy time is focused on crises or concerns that emerge between sessions (which seem significant in the short term but aren't aiding long-term progress). This diverts attention from the treatment objective and hinders progress.
- Your schedule is a poor fit for the therapy schedule. i.e., it's hard to create and keep the time needed to prioritise therapy over a period of months.
- You are currently working regularly with another therapist but need more focused, adjunct intervention.

A Focused, Intensive Therapy Approach Could Suit You
Not everyone finds the traditional method of therapy beneficial. This is why we’re proud to offer Bloom EMDR Intensive Therapy treatment programs. These programs focus on a month of comprehensive client preparation and then involve long sessions (2 hours) scheduled close together (3 per week).
Our services include standard and intensive EMDR therapy, catering to individuals from Springfield and other locations across South Australia. If you can’t travel, our Online Psychology Services are here to assist you remotely.

Bloom Psychology & Yoga Therapy
Hi, I’m Sarah. I’m a clinical psychologist, EMDR therapist, as well as a certified yoga teacher and yoga therapist. With over 20 years of experience in psychology, I’ve worked in various settings with diverse clients and psychological conditions. I’m a full member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and The EMDR Association of Australia (EMDRAA).
I focus my practice around EMDR (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing) therapy, after witnessing its positive effects on many of my clients. I’ve also pursued advanced training in various psychological methods, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and neuropsychological-based therapies, which complement my EMDR work. Currently, I exclusively practise EMDR Intensive therapy to prioritise addressing the underlying issues of your mental health, without the usual distractions of day-to-day life.
I am dedicated to providing tools, techniques, and insights to help individuals navigate psychological difficulties and to support them in finding greater peace and wellbeing.
