When you are ready to proceed, he will send you a questionnaire to screen for conditions that may prevent the effective use of EMDR. If appropriate, we can then schedule appointments for you and request a deposit of 20% of your chosen therapy package. This deposit secures your appointments and also covers Stage 1 (the 4-week preparation phase of your treatment).
