Bloom EMDR Intensives ARe Now Available
Are you unhappy with the usual method of therapy? It could be because:
- You require support now and don't want to wait for months in the standard Psychology & EMDR therapy approach to feel better.
- You are driven to make changes, but much of your therapy time is focused on crises or concerns that emerge between sessions (which seem significant in the short term but aren't aiding long-term progress). This diverts attention from the treatment objective and hinders progress.
- Your timetable doesn't align well with the typical therapy schedule. It's difficult to find and maintain the time required to prioritise therapy for months on end.
- You're currently in regular therapy with someone else but feel the need for more concentrated, supplementary intervention.

Bloom Psychology & Yoga Therapy
Hello, I’m Sarah. As a clinical psychologist, EMDR therapist, and certified yoga teacher and therapist, I have over 20 years of experience in the field of psychology. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, settings, and psychological conditions. I hold full membership with the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and The EMDR Association of Australia (EMDRAA).
My practice centres on EMDR (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing) therapy, having seen the positive results it provided for many of my clients. I’ve also completed advanced training in several psychological approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and neuropsychological therapies, which I integrate alongside the EMDR process. I now work solely with EMDR Intensive therapy to ensure we can focus fully on addressing the root causes of your mental health concerns, with fewer distractions from everyday life.
I am dedicated to providing tools, techniques, and insights to help individuals navigate psychological difficulties and to support them in finding greater peace and wellbeing.
