Bloom Psychology & Yoga Therapy

Preparation Pack

Stage 1: Preparation Phase

Welcome! I am so happy you have made the decision to work with me. I am hoping that you will find that this experience is thorough, supportive and above all else, transformative.

I can be contacted by emailing strainor@bloompyt.com.au.

Please do not continue should you feel overwhelmed or destabilized in answering the questions/questionnaires. If this is your experience (or you cannot complete the assessment for any other reason), please email me as soon as possible so we can then plan about how to manage this together.

Please note, answering all questions (and completion of any task in the preparation phase) is optional. Do not divulge any information to me at this point if you feel that you are not ready to. There are likely to be things that you can only share once a safe rapport is built. This need is completely reasonable and should be respected.

Please complete the assessment within the week so that I will have adequate time to review your responses thoroughly before the initial 60-minute consultation.

Please move through at your own pace. You can save and come back at any time. Should you complete all the questions, this assessment will likely take approximately 40-60 mins to complete.
